      Absolute rip off

      Issue is they charged me $2339 for the RCD switch to be replaced that should have cost max $500 on a weekend rate they offered to refund me $600 when I spoke to them in regards to the over charging. Plus the $145 fee to actually come to the house.



      I’m happy to pay for the service but not at the expensive of being taken advantage of!



      Paying that price for a person to come for 20mins and only be able to tell me what room was shorting out the power let alone saying that the RCD plug might or might not need to be replaced. Just guess work.

      Booked a service. No one showed up.

      I booked a same-day service. Paid the call-out fee in advance and was told the technician would come between 1pm and 4pm. They never did. I received a call almost at 6pm saying the service was cancelled due to staff shortages or some bogus reason like that. While I received a refund on the call-out fee, I'm left with the same problem and even less time to solve it -lost a whole day thinking these guys would fix it. Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT USE Mr Emergency.

      Ripoff

      Paid the callout fee for someone to come and see what was wrong with my air conditioner for the guy to show up and just just literally stand and look at it and say yeah it's broken. No tests or diagnostics nothing. Here's the prices for a new one. 21k just for the unit to use existing ducting etc. Complete waste of time and total rip off

      Ripped off

      Was charged $6729 for a Rheem 80 litre water system,Rheem will do the same thing for $1250,it was a Saturday night so expected to pay extra was that is just a total rip off on a pensioner

      Delighted with the service

      Absolutely delighted with the plumbing service received! The team was prompt, friendly and incredibly efficient. They fixed a tricky leak under the sink and unclogged the bathroom pipes. Their work was neat and they left the area spotless. Highly recommend for their top-notch service and cheerful attitude :)

      Shower leak fix

      Our shower started leaking out of nowhere. I called these plumbers and they were here the same day. Fixed the leak, no drama, and the price was reasonable. Really happy with how it turned out.

      kitchen lights fix

      When our kitchen lights went out we called up Mr Emergency. These guys came out quickly, found a loose wire and fixed it for us. Lights are back on. Great work
