Mr Emergency is the name of the company. So cross I wasn’t thinking clearly.



I booked with this company and was prepared to pay their ridiculous prices. However they didn’t even turn up. They have rescheduled more than once! I put off a local company which I’ve had to come back to. At the end of the day I have probably saved a lot of money. Do not ever engage their services!!! They have taken my money and done nothing!

Recently had Mr. E. update our home's wiring and the difference is night and day. Their team was professional, worked efficiently, and now everything's powered without a hitch.

Had an issue with the breaker constantly tripping in our home. We reached out to a local electrician from Mr Emergency who was highly recommended. The person who showed up was not only punctual but also very insightful. They took their time to really investigate what was causing the problem, rather than just applying a quick fix. Turned out we had an outdated wiring issue that needed a bit more attention. They handled it with great care, ensuring everything was up to code and safe for our family. It's been a week, and we haven't had a single electrical hiccup. Really grateful for the thorough and considerate service.

I wish I had done my research instead of choosing the place with the quickest booking time. I naively agreed to pay them their call out fee. I was then quoted just under 18000 for 1 single split system air con 8kw. I have since let everyone know about this and they are shocked and appalled. To me it feels like a case of grabbing the call out fee, not having to do any work and off they trot in half an hour without doing much at all. Called customer service who had a long spiel about it being a fixed price however that is a complete rip off everyone I have now spoken to said they are not surprised that it is this company as they have a history of doing this and charging very expensive amounts. I understood paying more but this feels like a 'we don't want to do the job so we will waste your time and charge you for it so we don't have to do any work' fee. I don't know for sure as I am clearly no expert but can't help how it feels... I burst into tears after they left as I was hoping this would be done quickly on the day and I wish I had never called them. Don't book here - save your time and money.

Searched for a reliable plumber and came across Mr Emergency. They sorted out our dripping taps and blocked drain efficiently. Really happy with the service and the peace of mind it brought.

never been one to not give a balanced review so i will start with the positives

1, very efficient

2, lovely guy aaron who did the actual service was very sweet.



now for the reason i am going out of my way to do a review,



they will tell you one price, even knowing what the issues could potentially be...eg I was told 2 thousand for the service and max 4 thousand or an extra 2k if the lizard had blown out the board and it needed fan motors replaced.

when aaron arrived and did what he needed to do he then told me it would be an extra 7500 for the board and 2 fan motors. FIVE and a HALF THOUSAND DOLLARS more. they seem to rely on people being so desperate that they will just put it on HUMM if they dont have the funds.



I have no issue with them charging more because they are quick, i have an issue with lies and not being fully informed.

Outstanding response from Mr Emergency on our AC repair. Quick to diagnose and fix, they made the whole process smooth. Truly impressed with their efficiency.

Leak in our aircon unit had us worried, but the service team handled it perfectly. They found the source quickly, fixed it, and now the air conditioner is running without any issues. Really appreciated their straightforward approach and how clean they left everything.
