      AC cleaning

      Don’t bother. STAY AWAY FROM THESES GUYS

      Our ducted Air conditioner goes on 25th Dec during the storms. 26th make a claim. Insurance says get someone in. I call MR EMERGENCY explain what the situation that having 6months old twins from interstate coming in. 35+ deg temperatures next 2-3 days. book a time slot pay you $141. I schedule someone to take day off to accommodate the 11am-2pm time slot. I get phone call 1 1/2 before appointment to reschedule for next day 11am-2pm. No phone call now it’s 2.15pm. I call they tell he has an emergency on a building complex. They reschedule for that night 5pm-8pm. That time slot goes no call nothing. No communication at all. I could have had quicker communication sending pigeons. Only care about chasing the big $$$$$. Unfortunately the these bad contractors make it hard for the good ones. Considering we have multiple building sites around Gold Coast. There’s no way I’d recommend my tenants calling MR Emergency. They seem to give the same response to the negative reviews.

      DONT USE MR. EMERGENCY!

      I had a technician come out to look at my evap system. They bring out a plumber, not an air con specialist. He looks at the unit from the ground and gives me a quote for a service when the unit is broken...



      I get another technician to come out (now I'm down $282 for call out fee) and look at the unit. I know the motor needs replacing, he then has the nerve to quote me $10,100 to replace the unit. I then look call up another place for an installation of the so called "$10,100" air con and get quoted $4000.



      Do not use this place, it's just contractors trying to take advantage of people and make some quick money. You may get some good contractors but on two occasions I did not!
