Gauranteed an engineer between 3-7pm. Waited in all day, called at 6pm to check and was told it was all fine, no problem they would be there. 6.40pm, they called to say the Engineer had apparently needed to go home! Then had a battle getting money back and was offered another appointment for 3 days time! Nothing emergency about it.
