      Rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled

      They keep rescheduling my appointment for AC repair. It’s an emergency weather warning, so they might be swamped with AC fixes, but they should just tell folks that they’re too busy rather than book a time window and not show up OVER and Over and over.



      Plus, they seem to be rigging the reviews. The responses don’t make sense as they apologize on 5 star reviews.

      Go to someone more local

      Gave me a three hour window. Six hours later still couldn’t guarantee attendance. Had me stuck at the house all day with no ability to get onto the actual service provider. Would not recommend at all - go through a more local provider
