The boys were polite and and listened to everything that I needed. They were careful and quick. The overall experience for myself and my family was 5 stars. I am very happy that I chose to use your services and would do it again. I felt personally looked after from start to finish and thank you for that.

Please check their insurance they cover nothing. all of the below reviews can't be real check other websites as they get the worst reviews " you pay for any damage /deductible etc. Back packers in rented trucks are what they use. Unprofessional, rude arrogant. this company should not be allowed to be registered

Never I repeat...NEVER use this company. Worst moving experience ever! I ordered a large 8 Tonne Truck with 3 men. I got 2 4 Tonne Trucks with 3 very inexperienced movers. Did not pack the trucks properly. Furniture left out on the pavement. Broke the gas pipe off my fridge making it unusable. Took 4.5 hours to load the trucks. Last company I used took 5 hours to complete the job. The Manager was rude and demanded I pay for an additional 1.5 hours to complete the job (he compensated me 1.5 hours off the bill for loss of my fridge $248!!!). If I didn't pay the extra he was going to instruct the movers to leave my furniture on the pavement.
Completely unprofessional and a very stressful experience. As they say pay peanuts and you get monkeys!

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! They canceled on a Friday and rescheduled for Saturday at 12:00am. No one showed up until 4ish when the boys recieved a call from head office instructing them to just ditch the job no explanation necessary. .. I was left with my whole house sitting on my front lawn totally gob smacked! ! Hands down worst customer service experience ever.. I was gutted people this low actually exist

I've used Riverbank for my last two moves and will be using them until I have to move no longer! Excellent service, fast and always the nicest guys.

Had a big 5 bedroom move over the weekend in Brisbane. I am so glad that I chose the 3 man option, because it really helped with time efficiency. I am actually amazed at how fast the boys moved and how they are so clever in stacking up the truck. Having Riverbank also transfer my internet, electricity and tv FOR FREE saved me waiting in another phone queue. The 3 man option is worth that little bit extra because it saved so much time. This was my first time using a removalist and not doing it myself and I believe I made the right choice using Riverbank Removals. The ladies in the office were very helpful and honest when I booked the move in and the young men who moved my family worked very quickly and were so friendly. If you're looking for a great removalist that won't cost a lot, no need to look any further.

Service was exceptional and price was great. Riverbank had so many options to choose from and having a full 4 bedroom home, 3 men and 2 trucks was the better option. I had the furniture moved in no time. Obviously the boys are trained in wet weather conditions and the clock was stopped when it was raining heavily. Thank you for the help yesterday. Moving is honestly one of the most stressful things to do and your team in the office and on the trucks have great customer service experience that made me feel so comfortable about the whole situation. I am happy to say that I thought it was going to cost a lot more and the boys worked great through the afternoon. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.

Had a move over the weekend that went really well. 3 guys arrived with 2 trucks which everything fit into perfectly making sure we only did 1 trip between my old and new house. The boys worked quickly and smoothly, I did not have to lift a finger. Everything was actually placed into my new house where I wanted it. Very pleased with the customer service from start to finish.
