Disgusting service and unable to contact!

According to the tracking details my parcel arrived in Adelaide 12 days ago but no updates since. The 1300 number on their website gives a message that it is switched off. Same with the number given here by Yellow Pages. Submitting a query via their website gives a ‘Request exception’ error and won’t submit. They have lost my package and I can’t contact them to follow it up with them!!!! Absolutely disgusting service! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!

They left all my parcels on the ground near letterbox I came home to kids going through them
