YTO EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD

The courier marked my order as delivered and uploaded photo proof, but no parcel was left at my address. After taking the photo, the courier took the parcel away. I received nothing, even though the order contained multiple items. Please investigate and arrange a refund or replacement.

Cannot get in contact with these walkers at all, parcel been sitting at ashfild facility for 7 days lm going to report these lazy assist couriers and lm going to get in contact with temu and tell them what a hopeless courier company they are.

Every time I get something delivered by YTO alway get your parcels are delivered.And when I check they been delivered to some other address and clearly the Photos show that this is not my house or any house in our street and it keeps happening again and again

The telephone contact details have been disconnected for years and the organisation is not contactable. The items have not arrived and there was no response from support emails sent. Avoid at all costs.

You cannot contact them as the number is disconnected their address is not at Regents Park it is a chip in Norton they do not reply to your emails not a good company to deal with......period🤪

Anyone looking for YTO express it is not at Regents Park as I've wasted my day running around it is at 9/11 Alfred Rd, Chipping Norton NSW 2170. They do not reply back to your email nor phone number and they have no contact number connected

They have said they have tried to deliver 4 times to my office, ive been here all day every day, no attempt at contact made. I have shocked at the poor service, the lying and then turning all their phones off, scam!!!

Absolutely useless and incompetent!!!!! They have my parcel in their Gold Coast depot even though my address is in NSW!!!! Have emailed constantly to advise this but Absolutely no response. Would think someone would have the brains to figure out it was in the wrong state. I think their phones are left permanently off-line as you can never get through to them.

Will no longer be buying from TEMU as long as they keep using this amateur company of Muppets.

I have lost a parcel, the delivered it to the wrong address and took photo of proof, not my address or home photo, been trying to speak to someone without any success, all phone numbers not connected, If it happens again I will not be buying from TEMU again because they use this company.

Delivery my parcel to the wrong town I am not happy can’t you read !
