YTO EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD

I live in a gated complex and theres always someone here. I've told couriers to try ringing the buzzer of the other 10 homes here but no, they don't try.



So, this means YTO never tries to deliver if you aren't home, even when they see other neighbours here. They call you on the phone BUT never answer if you call them to try to arrange redelivery so you never get your parcel.

There's no way to contact them via email and the head office phone is always switched off.



So, we never get our items as there's no way to contact them to rearrange delivery.



Absolutely the worst courier company ever

Have 4 parcels that still have not been delivered when I track it says either undelivered or recipient address unknown

Worst courier ever. Tries to ring me when they can’t even speak English. I said I wasn’t home so please come again another time. No collection card was left or anything. Emailed them and they mentioned that the goods were on the way back to the supplier. There’s 2 parcels gone now

I have had a couple orders waiting to be picked up from these guys for over a week with zero updates. Yet they managed to pick up orders from the same place that arrived after the previous orders but just left the other orders sitting there waiting for pick up.

i had an order delivered to my place when i wasn't home what is wrong with your couriers any smart person would leave a card not leave parcel when no ones home so the parcel can be stolen

YTO never delivered my goods and they sent delivered. They never pick calls, you can not reach them via email either. The worst courier services ever.

I lost 2 parcels in a row with YTO. First one never arrived. After unsuccessful attempts, they simply gave up and never bothered again. The second one was shown "delivered" ,with a photo of a hand holding the parcel near an apartment security gate. It was not even inside the gate, certainly not a secure place. I checked a few hours after the "delivered" message and couldn't find it anywhere.

This is unbelievable. I can't find my parcel worth 200 dollars. They just sent me a picture of the parcel left on the floor and that's it. I can't find it.



Trying to reach all numbers to no avail

They do not bother ringing the doorbell, just throw down the parcel, take a photo and run. Sometimes they even just leave the parcel at the post box (not even the door), although I have a clear request at my door asking them to at least RING the doorbell. Luckily I have a video doorbell. All efforts to contact them has failed.

Why would the delivery person not deliver my goods, saying my address dosent exist.

Clearly I do otherwise I wouldn't be writing this and I've already had goods delivered previously
