Can't even get hold of the Perth office to complain

My package is out for delivery but it has been 1 week they have not delivered it. No phone number to contact them. Looking at all those ratings now i am hopeless to get my parcel. I never recommend to use this delivery company. I was waiting my parcel for mother’s day but this company is not even worth of 1 star. Dodgy company…and also block these company from delivering your package for temu for future.

Ordered an item through Temu and unfortunately yto is the courier they have chosen, no updates on where item is no phone number to contact yto through so I can’t find out where it is it’s been in my state for three days with the courier service and still isn’t delivered won’t be recommending this company to anyone

HI,my order arrived today and I am very happy with them, however I am very angry with the delivery, they werent in my mailbox or on my verandah I have a very low wire fence and they were just dumped over it for everyone to see, my neighbour across the road saw someone reach over to grab it and he yelled out to them and they ran away, could you please pass this on to your delivery company and let them know how I am unhappy with them, I am sure they would have taken a photo as is normal so you can see where they just dumped it, these are pictures of what was in the bag

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address which was a vacant property. 24 hours later they send a photo showing the front of the property. I Went for a walk around neighbourhood only to find my parcel was delivered to a unit where the tenant had passed away. My parcel was not there and seems to have been stolen. Some dishonest person has picked it up. Very poor customer service.

Drivers need to knock on the door to check they are delivering to the correct person and correct address.

Don’t bother with these guys. Whoever you’re buying from, before placing an order you can contact them and ask them to block YTO from delivering your parcels. They’ll use Aus Post instead.



The tracking numbers don’t work, they won’t reply to you. You most likely won’t get your parcel/s

The delivery guy just left the parcel on the main street without ringing the bell and someone steal the parcel. They need to train their delivery guys how to treat customers parcel.

I brought stuff from Temu & I had the first shipment saying delivered but I think these guys steal or don’t deliver parcels but indicates been delivered. I have some couriers leaving the parcel or the front door which is fine but the latest one just took the photo of the letterbox

I have been trying to locate ly lost items and have supplied my tracking number and all I am getting back is that the delivery information was wrong or navigation error. I had a delivery from them 2 days previously without trouble and now this - Sorry guys can't give 5 stars and I am lodging an official complaint with transport ombudsman.
