The idiots lost my parcel. After waiting til past the estimated delivery date and still no tracking update for over a week, they finally updated the status to ‘parcel lost’. Hmm. Cool! I have sent multiple emails regarding this order and have not received one reply. These company needs to be shut down.

If you want to receive your order do not at any cost use this company. Worst delivery service and your orders just disappear. Can only assume their drivers run a Sunday market stall selling non-delivered goods based on the number of bad reviews and non-delivery

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address. My address clearly shows unit 12, but they delivered to a house 12. because this has happened before I went to the address and the people who opened my last parcel are pretending to not be home, so I am unable to get my parcel. I am done with TEMU, if they cant find couriers who can read an address label correctly, then I am not prepared to spend money with them.

Terrible. Phone numbers are not even valid. NOT a legitimate business. And Temu uses them. TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE.

This company has no business in the delivery business. Extremely disappointing and boundlessly incompetent!

There is a door bell at the front door!!! Why don’t they ring it to see if someone is home, instead of just dropping the parcel on the floor at the front and then take off.

You probably don’t care. It I wanted people to know this is what happens. Shame on you!!!

1 star is too many. 3 parcels supposedly delivered but nowhere to be found although someone was home. No communication. I had to manually track. The email address does not exist so can not contact them. It has not been my choice to use this company. The only consultation I had was that the company I ordered from refunded my money without questions.

Received a photo of my parcel in middle of a car park near my home 12.30 went to pick it up 1245 cars in photo still there but no parcel l know drivers of both cars

Decided to have a package delivered to my work address thats open from 8am until 6pm - apparently numerous attempts to "deliver" have been sent away - there are legit 80 ppl in my office and the reception doors are open all day - this company is an absolute joke

I would give no star if it would let me submit

I have expected 4 deliveries from this company and have not recieved them and trying to get in touch was impossible, I ended up getting a refund from the supplier of the goods
