I have had 5 failed deliveries from this company , had goods delivered to work where 8 people can answer the gate and they say no safe place to leave

Everytime they deliver to a house that isn’t mine. They literally can not do their job. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!!

Apparently these workers are found to be untrained and uncaring if their jobs, never use yto express, it's poor quality delivery company, that's over $2.5 million dollars worth of damages and the delivery employees are known to steal parcels

No notification that a delivery was made, had to manually check, only to find out that my delivery worth $200 was ‘delivered’ at 5:30AM. Did not receive any calls or emails, my parcel is definitely stolen. To make things worse, there are no contact number nor customer service to help with my case.

Had a notification that I had a delivery from YTO and a photo. Got told by neighbour they threw parcel from driveway and got stolen as not left in secure safe place

I’m very disappointed because they showed they delivered my parcel but I never received and we are not at home why you put outside parcel

They say they delivered today, yet I never saw anyone and had to ask for a refund. Do not use them!!!! And who do I phone in Perth to track and redeliver?

My parcel was supposedly delivered unsuccessfully on 3 occasions. I was home on at least the last 2 occasions. When trying to contact them, they handled with AI and then asked for my credit card number to speak to a consultant and wanted me to pay $2. What a joke. Still not resolved

I was home with my front door open and saw delivery driver take 2 steps out of his vehicle and threw my package which hit the fly screen my figurine for my granddaughter for Christmas was broken. Lazy and disgraceful
