Driver just stood at start of driveway and threw the parcel towards front door

Had parcel delivered last Friday (apparently) but as I was at home the entire day I am not convinced as

No ringing of doorbell, No knocking on door etc. I don't know who they are employing but they obviously cannot or don't bother reading the sign stating "do not leave parcels at front door because that's where they are left or sitting up in a pot plant 5 strides from road. The driver did take a photo to verify he delivered , I asked a neighbour to check his camera facing the road which showed the van stopping,driver getting out and going to my house at 10.28 but it was over a minute before he returned to his van and when he did ,he quickly opened the side door,closed it ,got in and drove off My thought ? why did he open the side door unless he needed to put something in because it was too quick to get anything out.

Why this company are still licenced is beyond reasoning with the amount of complaints being put out regarding their competence. Temu has blocked them from delivering to me but unless they blacklist these dodgy delivery companies, nothing will change.

Have never had a problem with yto express, always get my parcels every single time.

Each time a supplier uses YTO, they claim that the 'address does not exist' or 'Recipient address unknown'. The delivery address is a business with street frontage and has been in the same location for decades. Worst courier in Australia.

I ordered 3 parcels via temu and none have arrived since they utilised yto couriers. Tried contacting them, they reply wrong address and address not found. I never had any issues when Australia post delivered my parcels from temu. I have contacted temu and i have requested future parcels are delivered by Australia post as my default service company. Temu have placed a block on yto delivering any future parcels to me. Useless courier company!

Dodgy, steer clear. Lie and say no safe place to leave parcels, yet haven't even shown up. Hold parcel for lengthy time before even saying they are attempting to deliver. Temu need to get rid of them as their couriers. Never use again!

Absolutely useless shipping company! If your ordering from Temu ask them to block your ordered from being handled by this company

Who do you employ !!!! What training do you give your staff !!!! What person leaves a parcel at the letterbox near the side of the road ? Tell your people to get off their phone , stop being so lazy and ring the door bell. You are the courier for Temu, I have also contacted them and suggested they should look for a more competent courier company. I have the full video footage of the idiot you used to deliver the parcel.
