      Leaking Roof

      $140 call out to be told it was another $900 to quote on the job....yes thats right another $900 to quote. Then gods knows what it would of cost to fix the problem. The problem was clearly visible where the water was getting into the roof, though the wanted to see if I could be ripped of even further. Do Not use this company, its the worst business model I have ever seen, I have no idea how they are in business....LOOK ELSEWHERE

      Reliable business

      In the last 2 yrs. We have had a variety of repair people in our home, Mr. Emergency is by far the best company! They were extremely professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Others we have had were sloppy or cut corners. This team were hard worker;, complete workers. They cleaned up very well also.

      Horrendous service

      I booked an emergency electrician through this company. It was the worst ever experience as a customer. The customer service rep told me that the technician will be at my property within the hour. I called 1.5hrs later to question when the technician will show up. I got a poor apology and was told that the technician will be delayed another hour. Why are they called emergency electricians? I would not recommend or ever book again.
