      Overpriced drain service

      I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them to fix a clogged drain, which should have been a simple job. They ended up charging me over $1,200, even though the whole thing took about 30 minutes with a basic snake tool. There was no cost breakdown, just an inflated bill at the end. I can't believe how much they charged for something so straightforward.



      On top of that, the plumber seemed completely uninterested and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions. The entire process left me feeling ripped off and disappointed. I definitely won’t be using their services again, and I’ll make sure to let others know to avoid them.

      Great experience

      We had an incredibly knowledgeable plumber come out for estimates. He knew things and pointed things out that other plumbers that came by didn’t even seem to understand. He took his time to explain everything and was very personable. We are very impressed so far.

      Extremely expensive

      Had to call them for an emergency when my hot water system broke down. They replaced a simple valve and charged me $141 for the call-out and then slapped on an outrageous $1200 for barely an hour's work with parts that cost next to nothing. To top it off, they left their company stickers on my water heater and pipes without asking. Ridiculous pricing and sneaky tactics. I do not recommend them.
