Kevin is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my plumbing and provided photographs of the corroded areas that require replacement. He explained each item on the estimate. I highly recommend!

Mr Emergency had a plumber out to my house within an hour of calling them at 8pm on a Saturday night! No other plumbing companies were willing to come out so I’m lucky I came across Mr Emergency on Google.

SP was the tech and he was professional and explained things in a clear manner. He worked hard to resolve the problem. He finished the job quickly and efficiently.

Mr Emergency came out within a couple of hours of being called to address the sewer backup at my elderly mom's house. They resolved the problem same day and worked with me and the insurance company to begin remediation and sanitation the next day. They helped me through the process and everyone I've worked with so far has been impeccable!

I had to hire an electrician to change out the service line in my home. After researching I decided to go with Mr Emergency and so glad I did. Very professional, prompt, friendly and surprisingly neat. He took out the city permit, completed the job within 48 hours and returned with city inspector for final inspection. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. Thank you again, Mr Emergency!

Completely Ripped me OFF!!! DO NOT USE!!!There I was having had my power turned off by Western Power. Organised Mr.Emergency to come out the next morning to fix issue and turn my power back on. Notes from Western Power on the work that needed to be completed by an electrician and to also call Western Power to be advised. Basically. The home needs a new grounding rod.

My partner is in labour at this time in the home with no power (little bit of a high pressure situation).... Electrician comes out whilst I am packing the car to rush to hospital. I quickly explain what needs to be done and hand over the hand written notes by Western Power on what needs to be done, including instructions to call the Western Power Guy. He did that, and had further instructions on what needed to be done.

Electrician says he needs to go buy gear for the job, leaving in his large Work Van....whats he going to buy? He needs a copper grounding rod and some Earth wire....? Is the van empty?

Hes gone for about 1.5hrs. Hope his coffee and breakfast were nice.....(probably). My dad came over to be at the home as I had left for hospital. Electrician not there.... dad goes home to return when the sparky is actually on site.

Anyway. With all Investigation having been done by Western Power, I get my bill.

2hrs investigation fee - $1780.00?? (already provided by Western Power)

Earthing Work - $1490.00 inc Supply and replacement of 1 x earthing system which includes

6mm earth cable, earth rod, earth clip,earth tag and zinc spray.

Up to 10m of cable used. (is it $100 a meter?)

Auditing and Compliance Fee - $49.90 Is this to provide me with my Certificate (legally they have too!)

Total - $3,319.90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you kidding? This is robbery. I have 4x different Electricians saying it is at least $1500 to much!

Absolutely Horrific! Do not use this company. I am taking the issue to Consumer Affairs. Honestly, stay away.
