      Terrible Thief's!!!!!

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Needed a plumber to assess water running from my evap cooler and requested that the tap be turned off if that would solve the issue. They then tried to charge me $1000 to do so. CROOKS!

      Do not use this service. Scammers

      Called to fix our split system aircon. First guy comes and does an assessment, asks for a deposit and says second guy will come and fix… that guy has no idea what the problem is and says another guy will come the next morning at 7am. Next day no one shows up, they still want to charge even thought the aircon has not been fixed, they did nothing and are claiming they are charging for a rejuvenation after staying for less that an hour - $1600!!! What a joke we literally had that done last week when the brivis guy came to link the controllers and went through and checked everything. You fixed nothing, you didn’t turn up and we are no better off than before having called you.

      Very professional

      Metropolitan Air conditioning did an amazing job diagnosing, fixing and explaining every single issue I had or didn’t even know I had with our new build home. They took great pride in their work and left me extremely confident in their work. Would absolutely recommend and will call again in the future with any new issues that come up over the life of the unit.
