YTO EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD

Absolutely don't use this service, couriers don't care where they leave parcels and this company Australian contact details and phone numbers are wrong or not connected. Unable to complain, except here. Doggy business and nil standards.

I had my order for temu and it was out for delivery with YTO but they didn't deliver it in my address and just marked it as navigation error and wrong address. never use this one for delivery . its terrible and temu don't have any contact number and i couldn't find it in website and i don't know where my parcel is .. very poor service .. never use this again

My Temu orders normally been delivered smoothly and on time with Aust post. However, when Temu arranges YTO to deliver my parcel, they either left it there all weekend(as I set the delivery address to my workplace address), or try to deliver twice on weekend(for sure there wont be anyone in the office to receive the parcel), or just marked it as wrong address.

And this happened to when there's more valuable item in my parcel.

Temu has no their contact number and I cant find it on YTO official website.

I finally found their contact number today as below. The lady put the note on my parcel and will ask the driver to deliver within the business trading hours. We will see if this works.

I checked my TEMU order, for the tracking, to see when its coming and it showed 'failed delivery unknown recipient'. So I got onto TEMU and got support help in the chat box and they are reprocessing my order and have also put a block on YTO from delivery again. And yes, I've had some of my TEMU orders thrown over the fence too! Disgusting service from a courier. Other deliveries by other TEMU couriers all excellent as one of them puts my orders on the front porch which is great service. But avoid this one YTO.

They do deliver SOME parcels. However, I personally think the have an xray machine in their depot & anything they think might be remotely valuable, they keep for themselves then claim wrong address or some other lie. Just seems the more I have spent on a purchase at Temu, the more likely it is that YTO won't deliver it. It's my absolute belief that YTO resell the items they don't deliver to us.

Package tossed, fell onto ground in front yard and left there at 10.30 at night. Driver just walked away. Temu have now blocked this company from my deliveries.

I have had nothing but poor service from this company. Making up excuses like "address not found" or "no safe place to leave" - I was home, the door bell did not ring. I am going to try suggesting to Temu to not use this courier service.

My Temu 2 parcels were not delivered properly and missing. Don't use this courier service

first two times have been delivered to wrong address and last one wasnt delivered.

Small packet from TEMU- try-1 "Recipient address unknown" even google show my exact location. Try -2 "No Safe place to leave parcel" we were home, the door bell works. They say will try again in 3 days - no way of contacting them - no phone - no joy.
