Enquiry over undelivered parcel picked up 3rd December 2020 from Rutherford NSW to Port Macquarie NSW one parcel delivered 21st December second parcel delivery was attempted 12th January which I refused to take delivery of. The response to my enquires have been met with parcel at their Coffs Harbour depot on 31st December on the 4th January parcel unable to be found and it's not their responsibility once sent to the regional agent on the 5th January told by them that the regional agent had the parcel and they instructed the agent to deliver that day. Called them again and told they can't guarantee delivery dates. Their website shows that the parcel was sent from Sydney twice on 20th December 4th January and also shows it was at Coffs Harbour depot awaiting shipment on 15th January. The website and calls have been all misleading information to cover up their incompetence and all the office staff I've talked to have been rude and arrogant a great corporate culture

All the reviews I have read concerning this business are negative and I can now understand why they are so badly rated. The package got here to Sydney on the 23rd and I haven't received anything yet. All attempts to contact them have been thwarted and there is no way to contact them. This is not bad service...it's no service! Take it from me...use Australia Post instead. The money spent on them will be worth it!

Freight picked up 2/12, estimated delivery 3/12. I called on the 8th, 9th, 10th, told each day it would arrive soon. Would not escalate the case, saying delays were expected, BUT THEY STILL STATE 2 DAY DELIVERY TIMES WHEN THEY QUOTE FREIGHT ONLINE. Still hasn't turned up, tracking said they tried to deliver, I was at home all day and they left no card. INCOMPETENT LIARS.

Won’t answer phone calls. Won’t respond to emails.

They couldn’t give a rats **** about their customers.

My package has been sitting in their depot for 10 days.

I HAVE CHASED AND CHASED COURIERS PLEASE, NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER AND TOLD ITS IN YOUR ROSEHILL OFFICE WHY WHY? I PAID FOR A DELIVERY HOME. I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE RE DELIVERED AND NOTHING AFTER 10 DAYS

I am not one to write bad reviews but in this case I feel it is justified.



My item was collected from the store 11 days ago and still no sign of it. I have tried contacting Courier Please but no phone number is available so I had to use their "online form". I got a reply a day later saying it had gone to the resolutions team and someone would get back to me within 24 hours - that was 96 hours ago! And still no parcel.



This is appalling service!

Within 60 seconds of them receiving my package at their depot, they marked it as "delivery attempt failed" and then took it to a collection point far, far away from my address - even though there are half a dozen collection spots closer by! They didn't even attempt to make a delivery, and repeated attempts to contact them to resolve this didn't make any difference. I'll never again buy from a store that uses them as their delivery option.

Made a online purchase the other day, received a delivery notice in the morning, waited all day my doorbell didn't buzz at all, instead i received a "failed delivery notice" via message, checked my letterbox there was no delivery note left, which means their courier didn't visit at all. Send enquiry online no response as well. Very disappointed. such a shame!

The following day a message sent says they have dropped my package in my local news agency. When I popped into the news agency I was told a surprising truth Courier Please drops all the local delivery to the news agency and they NEVER ever deliver any packages to a home address!!

I have been doing online shopping so many years and never had such experienced before. I wish every online shopper be cautious with your online shopping delivery and never have such experience like mine.

They have a tracking systems which is woefully inadequate and they cannot trace parcels. Staff have no idea and have woeful procedures which are then not actually followed. You are more likely not to get your delivery ever. Please do not use this company.

I HAVE BOOK A COURIOR ON MONDAY AFTERNOON TO PICK ON TUESDAY MORNING IT DID NOT COM ON TUESDAY AFTER CALLING ON TUESDAY IT SAYS IT WILL COME ON WEDNESDAY AND WHEN IT COME ON . THE DRIVER WAS DO NOT WANT TO COME OUT OF THE CAR AND HE WAS SHOUTING FROM THE CAR THAT DELIVER TO MY CAR IN MY DRIVER SEAT WHERE HE WAS SEATIN. WHEN TOLD HIM TO COME AND PICK HE JUST DRIVE OFF JUST LIKE THEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE AND THEY DONOT WANT ANY BUSINESS.
