had 3 parcels ordered from TEMU and all of them returned to sender as 'no safe place for the parcel' i live in a apartment block on their delivery days i was at home all the time no one even tried to contact me!

Came to deliver at 6:57. Looks like they dropped outside the house, but no they post a misleading photo YTO scammers that looks like its exactly similar to ur house but its not. They came at 6:57am it was an important order i went out at 7am when i got the email parcel delivered but no, scammers even going out at 7am in the morning there was no parcel but a fake photo in my email, scammers have no contact details that actually works!! No point of all of us writing the review as they continue to do so with many others. Until every single person stops ordering from temu. Scammers

Delivered to wrong address. My address is 172 liverpool, and u sent it to 170 liverpool. Get ur act together.

I made 3x seperate orders on Temu. First one was only 3x items & that was delivered with AusPost. The next 2x orders I made were multiple items, more expensive orders which were then given to YTO to deliver. Sure enough, the same thing has happened to me. YTO stating address information is incorrect, that there’s no safe place for the parcel, that they’ve tried multiple times to deliver but in fact, they’ve actually never tried at all. Now they’re saying my order is being returned to sender. I asked Temu customer help support if I will receive a refund and they never give a direct answer, just kept referring me to their dodgy logistics provider. So basically, they are a blatant scam both working together to ruin our experience but keep our money. They only offer coupons and discounts but never actually offer a refund. Do not use Temu. The more you spend, the more they’ll rip you off and blame this logisitcs provider who have made it impossible to get in contact with.

No contact details can be found anywhere. Temu Marcel stated as delivered to closed business press on a Saturday. Not anywhere to be found. Temu resent order and delivered over two weeks later and thrown over a 2 metre fence on a Tuesday when the business press was open and could receive deliveries. Do not touch this crooked company. A second package was also stated as delivered on a Saturday two weeks after the first one. A thourough search was made and package not located.

No respondet to my email no telephone number no working hours open .

IT'S SIMPLY MISSING.... That parcel has my sons birthday presents in it... Has said out for delivery for days now. Can't contact YTO, Temu has now blocked them from being able to deliver my parcels. Have not had a single issue with other services. Contact Temu, tell them to block YTO from your account. This seems to be a recurring issue.

What response my package was delivered to the wrong address now I'm out of pocket and my order

I had 2 parcels delivered which were thrown over the fence of our business. They sat in the rain ALL weekend.
