Package shows delivered with (photo) taken, I go outside to check my package and it’s NOT THERE . I tried to call the courier and it doesn’t go thru. You provide the WORST service, I’ve spend money on gifts and lost them. Now I have to spend more because of theives like you.

Temu uses this terrible company. Sent parcels to wrong address. I've lost hundreds of dollars in Christmas gifts that can't replace.

Never choose these guys. No answer to phone email or anything . Hopeless. Painful. Agonising. Time wasting. Die.

Very bad it’s been 2 weeks haven’t received my order.

No safe place to leave parcel. We were right here when they said they tried to deliver.



So disappointed. Don’t use TEMU or this courier company.

Always say no safe place, at home and don’t ring the doorbell. One delivery driver changed the parcel address to suit where he dropped it off. No more Temu purchases until they change comoo P anies

I also experienced the same issue where the delivery notes say that there was not safe place to leave the parcel. Upon looking into it, I saw this email: [email protected]



It starts with automated responses but later on, I got a response from a human. They acknowledged that my delivery instructions were relayed to their rider. Hopefully it works!

What a joke!!!! Your agents need to do better. I waited for so long for my parcel to get to me only to deliver it to a wrong address. And even sent a picture when my parcel is being delivered on a wrong address.
