YTO EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD

I have lost a parcel, the delivered it to the wrong address and took photo of proof, not my address or home photo, been trying to speak to someone without any success, all phone numbers not connected, If it happens again I will not be buying from TEMU again because they use this company, Australia post had no problems!

Threw my package 10m from his car without getting of the car.

What a useless piece of scam company unable to delivery my parcels I am home all day . Please expell them out of the country what a scam ,who can I report this to .they won’t answer their phones numbers don’t exist .

They had my package on saturday they took photos and the builidng numbners don't have my number saying it was signed for my parkage was left in a common area in the wrong building can't find a contact number

As many others have reported on this site and othe review sites, its highly likely you won't receive your parcel. They pretend as if they've delivered the package, but leave it in an unsafe space. This way they actually seem to take the package and require customers to ask for refunds through Temu.



Their customer service is non-existent.



Please avoid this company, and report them.

1. This company's website is shocking.

2. Attempted to call numerous times throughout the day on all phone numbers listed with the result on Line busy or incorrect telephone number.

3. Emails sent multiple times with no response.

They dont answer the phone or a voice tells you the number is not connected.This is the second time I have ordered the same item from Temu.YTO claim there is no safe place to leave parcel.This is clearly wrong,which says they havent tried to deliver.

What a lousy company this is! I'm appalled! They're non contactable for a start! I could say so much negative stuff about them but I'm just going to say that the customer service is also non existent! And they should be ashamed what a truly useless pathetic courier service! If that's what they really are!? Already 8 days late! Probably won't even arrive. Clearly they don't care about the customers! 0☆'s only gave that one so i could submit this review. 5💩's is what i give them!

Phone number does not connect. They do not attempt delivery. They just steal your goods
