YTO EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD

YTO claimed to have delivered an item late at night(!) yesterday.



The photograph included with the claim of delivery showed that the package could not possibly have been delivered to the address (or even near the building) as there is nowhere in this area with grey flagstones, as shown in the photograph of "delivery".



Thorough investigation established that the actual location with grey flagstones where the package was left (or more accurately, dumped) is a public footpath. Further photographs of that location and a full report make details of the failure to deliver even more obvious, but this material is too lengthy to post here.



How any organisation can continue to operate with this level of incompetence is astonishing – effectively throwing away a package on a public footpath instead of delivering it, then hiding behind automated systems in an apparent attempt to evade contact and responsibility (if anyone doubts this, just try making direct contact in any meaningful way with the company).



How it can be permitted to remain in business, with countless incidents of this kind reported, remains a mystery.

Worst company, phones disconnected, sent email every day for 7 days and no reply. Scam of a company and should be shut down.

Looking at the previous reviews , It is amazing that this company is still operating ? Or is it ?

Expecting patiently a parcel from Temu ( most likely my last purchase from them unless they change their delivery company )

This time , pure silence, no update , not replying to phone calls or emails.

How can a company like this still be legally in operation ?

Our previous delivery was thrown over our wall and was found floating in our fishpond !!!

I agree with all the comments below. Go to the 'Temu website' and in the upper menu bar click 'Support' and then the item you didn't receive. Tell TEMU you didn't receive the order. They will offer you a full refund. They will also ask if you want to use that deliver again, so you can strike YTO off.

I want to give negative review. They never tried to deliver my parcel and just update tracking as no safe to leave parcel. No contact details to contact them. Worst courier company.

Parcel has been saying out for delivery since Saturday night at around 9pm, still haven't received parcel nor a respond from enquiry email I sent twice, tried calling and number not available, how on earth has fair trading or even our government let this people still operate this business, its purely disgusting, they should be ashamed of themselves, I'd give them -100000000000000000 stars

They said No Safe Place to Leave Parcel. That is not right, I was home all week and they never even tried to deliver. They say they returned parcel to Temu. I asked Temu never to send my deliveries via YTO again. Very poor.

If I could give lower then this I would ,have always ordered things from temu have never had a problem.Yto shows that they tried delivering my package and I provided a wrong address I don’t live in a house I live in a building ,which is easy to find .And their email doesn’t even respond so now I don’t know anything about my package
